Every package includes a dedicated nanny who is CPR and AED certified, background checked, and experienced in event childcare. We arrive prepared, coordinate with your venue and planner, and handle every detail — so you can focus on celebrating.
Pricing below reflects a starting rate — final pricing is confirmed once we know your headcount, ages, and event details.
A Note on Caregiver Ratios
Each package includes one nanny as the base rate. Additional nannies are available at $40.00 per hour, per nanny. We'll recommend the right staffing level based on your group's ages and headcount before the event.
Please note that any additional time beyond your package hours includes a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $125.00 fee will apply.

Where are you located and do you travel?
We are based in Austin, Texas and serve the greater Austin area including surrounding cities. Please reach out to inquire about events outside of the Austin area.
How do I book a package?
Simply contact us through our website or email to get started. We'll gather your event details, headcount, and timeline and put together the perfect plan for your little guests.
Are your nannies background checked?
Yes. Every nanny at Tiny Attendees ATX is thoroughly background checked before joining our team.
Are your nannies CPR and AED certified?
Absolutely. All of our nannies are CPR and AED certified and trained in pediatric first aid.
What is the nanny-to-child ratio?
Each package includes one dedicated nanny. We recommend additional nannies based on the number and ages of children at your event. Additional nannies are available at $40.00 per hour, per nanny.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall weekends in Austin. Ideally, reach out 3 to 6 months before your event to secure your date.
Do you coordinate with my venue or event planner?
Yes! We work directly with your venue and event planner ahead of time to walk the space, review the timeline, and make sure everything runs seamlessly on the day of your event.
Can you accommodate children with special needs?
Our founder Ashleigh has a deep personal connection to children with special needs through her volunteer work at Dream a Dream equine facility in Leander, Texas. Please let us know at booking so we can ensure the right staffing and accommodations are in place.
